These
FAA-PMA new clamps and gaskets are manufactured
using the best of current industrial and inspection
practices such as Statistical Process Control (SPC),
die and fixture control techniques, cellular and
lean manufacturing concepts, 5's and gauge control.
Inspection capabilities include fluorescent penetrant
inspection (FPI),coordinate measuring machine (CMM),
optical comparators (up to 30"), mechanical
destructive testing such as Knoop and Rockwell hardness,
tensile, stress rupture, axial fatigue, torque and
bend testing. Production quality is designed and
accredited to ISO9001:2000, AS9100A and CFR14, Part
21. |
