PMA-New ECi Oil Pump Housing and Gear Kit
for TCM Engines

Replace high-time worn components with PMA-new parts. Reduce the chance of oil pressure problems after overhaul. Carburized and nitrided, these gears have excellent material compatability when meshed together in an oil pump, thus gear tooth wear is reduced considerably. Increasing the life of both gears.

All PMA-New parts in the kit:

• 1 Oil Pump Driven Gear (AEC631016)
• 1 Oil Pump Drive Gear (AEC631075)

Oil Pump Housing
PN: AEC632977

• Sandcast aluminum alloy.
• Complete assembly includes two AEC401801 studs and a carburized
steel idler shaft.
• Carburization helps reduce wear on
the idler shaft.
• Re-engineered and fully- machined
cavity around the pressure relief valve
seat to ensure adequate flow.

Oil Pump Driven Gear
PN: AEC631016

• Replacement for TCM 631016 and 631015.
• Manufactured from carburized 8620 steel.
• Complete assembly includes two bushings (AEC23024).

Oil Pump Drive Gear
PN: AEC631075

• Replacement for TCM 631075 and 631012.
• Machined and nitrided 4140 steel material.
• Spline-type drive for
new applications.
• Drive pin for tach
shaft (AEC535634)
is installed.
