| Exchange Cores - Return Policy: |
- Engine, crankshaft, crankcase, exhaust, accessories, propeller, governor, and hardware items are only sold on an exchange basis, based upon the customer’s exchange of like type and normal run-out cores as removed from subject aircraft, and serviceable to RAM’s overhaul continued...
engine specifications.
- Cores should be returned within 30 days of RAM OHE engine shipment, or immediately with a RAM installation.
- Non-serviceable core fees may be due and payable to RAM. Engines or RAM products may be delivered prior to verification of exchanged cores.
- If cores are found non-serviceable, the applicable non core fee will be invoiced with payment due to RAM within 30 days.

| RAM TBO Warranty Support Program: |
- 100% Engine, Accessories, propellers 1st year, or 350 hours, whichever occurs first.
- 100% Engine only through 2nd year, or 700 hours, whichever occurs first. Thereafter, the RAM engine only is warranted to TBO on a prorata basis, at RAM’s reduced minimum accrual rate of only 23 hours per month, thus extending warranty coverage out to six years.
- RAM warranty may be administered by a full service FBO - based upon the manufacturer’s published labor time schedules as well as RAM’s current parts and labor rates. RAM’s portion of warranty parts freight is limited to transportation taking place within Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

| Due to propensity for older propeller unfeathering accumulators to contaminate the engine oil supply, existing propeller unfeathering accumulators will be disabled, unless replaced with newer units. OHE: $875 / each [ Core Charge: $400/each ] |
