- RAM delivery dates and ability to provide warranty and customer service is dependant on parts provided by the factory (OEM). There has been long delays awaiting required parts. The customer must agree that RAM is not responsible for the aircraft down time or inconvenience caused by delays in support.

- Equipment available for loan to the installing FBO
RAM will loan a Flush Kit for your system flushing prior to installing the newly purchased RAM engine. Prompt return of the cart is appreciated.
Flush kit contents are: Shipping crate, flush cart with hoses, 2.5 gallons of Radiflush, flush cart filters, and Instruction sheet. Return deposit requested.
- Exchange Core Policy: Engine, crankcase, exhaust, accessories, propeller, governor,
and hardware items are only sold on an exchange basis, based upon the customer's
exchange of like type and normal runout cores as removed from subject aircraft, and serviceable to RAM's overhaul specifications. Cores should be returned within 30 days of RAM OHE engine shipment, or immediately with a RAM installation.
Non-serviceable core fees will be due and payable to RAM.
- Items not included: Vacuum pump, tach generator, hoses, air/oil separator,
wastegate,
exhaust risers and exhaust parts are not included unless
specified by a
RAM Work Order Supplement.
