SA - R134a Conversion Kit
Due to environmental concerns, Federal Law has
banned the manufacture of R12 Freon —the
primary cooling ingredient in older aircraft cooling
systems. Stockpiles are quickly dwindling. Once
they're gone you'll no longer be able to re-charge
your R12 system. Steinbach and Associates, Inc.
ConversionAir Kit is fully FAA STC/PMA approved.
Each kit comes complete with all of the
components necessary for the conversion
process.
Installation typically requires 20 to 40 man-hours.
Equal to cooling system efficiency. The retrofitted
aircraft is simply returned to service through FAA
Form 337.
Berryman B-12 Chemtool -Tool Cleaner
Turbocharger cleaner to be used at least on an annual basis to help keep turbo bearings and seals clean.

Steinbach & Associates Conversion Kits are engineered for efficient and accurate conversion of current R12 aviation cooling systems to new industry standard
R134a systems. Kits feature high quality R134a compatible components that will give better or equivalent cooling effects than the older R12 systems. Key components
include special R134a compatible hoses and compressor to minimize recurring maintenance and system service. Kits are available for King Air 90s, 100s, 200s,
300s, Barons, Dukes, 1900s, Cessna, and Piper series aircraft.
